Important changes: the evening counseling without a appointment has been canceled with immediate effect.
The Law Office of attorney Stephanie Weh offers each week on Thursdays from 10th of November 2011 counseling especially for foreign employees and their partners. There is no appointment needed – everyone showing up between 18:30 and 20:00 will get an individual consultation pertaining spouse migration, residence permit for same sex partners, visitors visa, settlement permit (“unbefristet”), unlimited work permit or naturalization or other questions regarding immigration and naturalization.
The consultation time is limited to 20 minutes per case at a fee of 59,50 EUR. If the case turns out to be more complex than expected the counseling can be continued later personally, by phone, or e-mail at a regular lawyer’s fee. Of course, the already paid fee will be deducted in such a case.
“A lot of questions concerning Immigration Law can be examined after a relatively short time so that inquiring persons know about their chances of success and the next steps to do be taken. This particularly applies to cases where people earn sufficient money for their living expenses so that no complicated calculations need to be done”, explains attorney Stephanie Weh and adds that her offer that is addressed specifically to the needs of employees in the Rhine-Main-area who frequently experience difficulties when trying to get an appointment with a lawyer after their working hours.
Owing to the long-time and comprehensive experiences of attorney Stephanie Weh, who successfully advocated her clients’ rights already at the Constitutional Court (Bundesverfassungsgericht) and the Federal Administrative Court (Bundesverwaltungsgericht), foreigners now have the opportunity of getting a competent counseling of their case in a fast and uncomplicated way.
It won’t be possible to discuss cases regarding other fields of law, especially that of social law during the evening consultation hours. The fees shall be paid before the consultation starts (cash or EC-/Giro-Card – no credit cards). Legal aid (Beratungshilfe) will not be accepted during these evenings.
